Job summary

The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, a valid license by the start date, and completion of an ACPE immunization training program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGE (NABP) required.
• Pharmacy license must be current by job entry date.
• ACPE Accredited Immunization training required (e.g., APhA, state association program).

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical care by dispensing prescriptions and counseling customers on health care and medications.
• Maintains confidential information and required documentation in accordance with policies.
• Ensures compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes/regulations and Walmart programs.
• Models excellence in customer service and maintains safety, quality, and risk management.
• Supports loss prevention, safety reviews, and HIPAA compliance as applicable.

Education
