Job summary

ChristianaCare seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to optimize safe, effective medication therapy across inpatient and ambulatory settings.

You will provide evidence-based pharmacotherapy recommendations, verify and dispense medications, perform medication reconciliation and MTM, and monitor high‑risk therapies while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and educating patients and clinicians.
