Job summary

Mount Sinai Hospital seeks a Pharmacist Level 1 to support patient care by preparing medications and delivering pharmacological information to the multidisciplinary team. You will dispense accurately, review charts, and ensure safe, effective drug therapy.

The position will begin in NYC and relocate to Hicksville, Long Island in the fall. An ACPE-accredited degree and NYS Pharmacist License are required, with 0–2 years of licensed experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from ACPE-accredited school.
• New York State Pharmacist License required.

Responsibilities

• Dispenses medications accurately and timely.
• Provides dosing and therapy recommendations per literature.
• Performs clinical chart reviews on schedule.
