Job summary

MedStar Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for night shift coverage in ED/ICU settings. In this role, you’ll provide real-time pharmacotherapy expertise, verify and compound medications, and support code and rapid response events.

Collaborate with physicians and nurses on dosing, protocols, and therapeutic monitoring to optimize outcomes and safety. You’ll participate in antimicrobial stewardship, medication reconciliation, and policy adherence while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• PharmD license active in the U.S. and hospital experience preferred.
• Experience in ED/ICU settings is desirable.
• Strong collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time pharmacotherapy expertise in ED/ICU.
• Verify and compound medications; support code and rapid response events.
