Nemours is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Full-Time), to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, Delaware.
Work Schedule: Midnight Shift, 7 days on, 7 days off
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmacy services from the Central Pharmacy. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing, clarifying, and making recommendations for all medication orders, and responsible for coordinating & checking all the activities of the Certified Pharmacy Technicians. This Pharmacist will provide age and developmentally appropriate care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults. They will also provide drug information & education to hospital personnel and community, as well as assist with quality improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with State & Federal regulations concerning Controlled Substances.
