Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent.
- Current Alaska Pharmacist license with eligibility for licensure.
- Demonstrated pharmacy clinical skills and customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Review medication orders for safety, dosing, and formulary status.
- Interpret and clarify physician orders and perform medication reconciliation.
- Assist in outpatient dispensing and patient counseling.
- Monitor patients on target drugs and recommend therapy adjustments.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Participate in drug protocols and quality assurance activities.
