Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, seeks a skilled Pharmacist to oversee daily operations, ensure safe medication use, and contribute to clinical services within our rehabilitation network. You will participate in policy development, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide expert medication management in a patient-centered setting.

Qualified candidates hold an active state Pharmacy license, a Pharm.D.

Qualifications

• State pharmacy board licensure in good standing.
• Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Contributing to development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Active participation in interdisciplinary team for positive patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medication in adherence to standards.
