Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services to patients, such as immunizations or MTM interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures.
• Engages patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Connects with patients by anticipating needs and proactively offering services, promoting Walgreens pharmacy roles from transactional to interpersonal.
• Maintains current knowledge and required licensing/credentialing to provide clinical services.
• Ensures compliance with Good Faith Dispensing policy and relevant controlled substance laws when filling prescriptions.
