Job summary

Active pharmacist licensure in the district states and certification to immunize (or plan to obtain within 90 days) are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to patients, including immunizations or MTM interventions, in compliance with regulations and Walgreens policies.
• Ensure Good Faith Dispensing and adherence to state and federal controlled substance laws during dispensing.
• Maintain current knowledge and licensing/credentialing as required by regulations and pursue ongoing education.
