Responsibilities

• Engages patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves patient issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares patient service best practices to deliver a joyful experience, including empathy and inclusivity.
• Connects with patients by anticipating needs and promoting healthcare services such as immunizations, MTM, and medication management; supports role shift from transactional to interpersonal.
