Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to provide clinical services to patients, including immunizations and MTM interventions, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies and procedures.

You will engage customers, deliver exceptional patient experiences, counsel on medications, perform drug therapy reviews, and support efforts to elevate the role of the Walgreens pharmacy team from transactional to interpersonal service.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the relevant district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to patients, such as immunizations and MTM interventions.
• Engage patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services, resolving issues for a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with Good Faith Dispensing and state/federal regulations when dispensing prescriptions.
• Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy regulations and pursue ongoing certifications and training.
