Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care and counsel customers, dispensing prescriptions and presenting immunization services. You will support community health and uphold HIPAA compliance in a busy Walmart Pharmacy setting.

The position emphasizes patient communication, adherence to regulations, and leadership to guide the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality care to the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or equivalent FPGE).
• Pharmacy license required by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, processing and dispensing prescriptions.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription needs.
• Administer immunizations and programs developed by Walmart.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Model and guide staff on customer service approaches.
