Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescription orders and administering immunizations.
Counsels members regarding health care and prescription medication needs.
Maintains confidential information and required documentation for controlled medications.
Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations for assigned areas.
Leads and mentors associates on member service approaches and problem resolution.
Participates in loss prevention, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews.
