Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience.
• Experience with medication order review, dispensing, and reconciliation.
• Mentorship and staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care, review medication orders, and counsel patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists to optimize outcomes.
• Mentor students and precept technicians; participate in education and quality initiatives.
• Participate in formulary reviews and drug use evaluations.
