Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a B.S. or PharmD degree.
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency or at least two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and accurate medication order review considering patient characteristics.
• Demonstrate competency in pharmacy automation and technology.
• Provide education and training to pharmacy staff, students, and healthcare team members.
