Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Pharmacy or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PA Pharmacist License required within 4 months of hire.
• Board eligible for Pennsylvania licensure may be accepted in lieu of license.

Responsibilities

• Validate accuracy and appropriateness of medication orders.
• Compound medications and provide prescribed medications per standards.
• Offer consultative services on medications and interactions.
• Document clinical activities and outcomes.
