Penn Medicine in Philadelphia is seeking a full-time, evening shift Clinical Pharmacist to support our Specialty Pharmacy at S 76th Street. You will provide comprehensive medication management for patients and staff, review orders, and dispense medications to inpatient and outpatient areas during the evening shift.

You will oversee pharmacy technicians and students, ensuring accuracy before dispensing, and you may travel to different HUP pharmacy sites based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in PA.
• Pharmacy education required: PharmD or BS from an accredited college.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medication management for patients and staff.
• Review orders and dispense medications to inpatient and outpatient areas.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and students; verify their work.
