Job summary

You will manage all aspects of the medication-use system and deliver individualized pharmaceutical care within assigned areas, upholding the hospital's mission, vision, and values in every aspect of practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Completion of Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Sterile compounding is highly preferred.
