Job summary

Mercy in Fort Smith, Arkansas is seeking a pharmacist to work with the health care team to provide safe and effective drug therapy. You will serve as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, medical staff, and patients.

Requirements: BS or PharmD from an accredited school; current pharmacist license for the state; two or more years of clinical experience with a PGY-1 residency preferred. If practicing in Missouri, you must have the Medication Therapy Service Certificate within 90 days
