Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a PRN position with standard office hours (Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM) at our Pharmacy department. Primary location may be Wesley Chapel with additional travel as needed.

You will perform basic pharmacist duties aligned with Orlando Health policies and patient care standards. The role supports pharmacotherapy services, medication safety, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required (BS or PharmD).
• Must be licensed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
• Hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispenses medications and IV fluids using the dispensing system.
• Documents care and in-system updates following policies and quality standards.
• Participates in multidisciplinary rounds where applicable.
• Maintains attendance and compliance with Orlando Health policies.
• Develops pharmacotherapy care plans and monitors outcomes.
• Evaluates safety alerts and reports adverse drug events.
