Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL seeks a pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services for patients in the assigned area, aligned with a medical service or patient group within the hospital and UF Clinics. Pharmacists must hold a PharmD, be Florida-licensed or eligible, and may have PGY1/PGY2 residency; strong communication

Formación

• PharmD or equivalent degree required.
• ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy graduation.
• PGY1 residency preferred; PGY2 residency highly preferred.
• Two years pharmacy experience in a health care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical pharmacy services for patients in the assigned area within the hospital/UF Clinics.
• Collaborate with medical staff to support patient care and safety.
• Participate in education and research activities related to pharmacy services.
