Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the Home Delivery Pharmacy team in Midvale, UT. This PRN role reviews and verifies medication orders, provides clinical oversight of dispensing, and supports medication therapy management to improve patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with providers and pharmacy staff to ensure safe, accurate medication use and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, licensed where practicing.
• Working knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for allergies, duplication, appropriateness and interactions.
• Provide counseling and patient education on medications.
• Oversee dispensing processes to ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Supervise interns and technicians as required.
