Job summary

ProfDoc is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a leading healthcare team near Epping. This full-time role combines 3 days on-site with 2 days remote, requiring independent prescribing credentials and UK GP/primary care experience.

You will conduct medication reviews and provide clinical support within a supportive practice. You will work within a multidisciplinary team in a GP setting focused on patient wellbeing, with opportunities to develop professionally and contribute to improved patient
