Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Doctorate preferred.
• Tennessee Pharmacist license required; Mississippi license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services and clinical expertise to evaluate and improve medication usage and therapeutic outcomes.
• Process orders and prescriptions to provide medications and pharmaceutical supplies ordered by physicians.
• Advise physicians, healthcare staff, residents and patients in the safe administration of medication.
• Follow established policies and procedures for medication safety, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and compliance activities.
