You will interpret orders, compound and dispense medications, monitor therapies, support antimicrobial management, and mentor staff while upholding patient safety and quality goals.

Competenze

• Pharmacist licensed to practice in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree required or PharmD as applicable.

Mansioni

• Interpret orders and verify them into the pharmacy system.
• Accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor drug therapy for interactions, allergies and dosing.
• Suggest cost-effective therapeutic alternatives to medical staff.
• Sustain formulary and promote rational drug therapy selection.
• Provide timely medication information to staff and patients.
• Assist with clinical services such as drug consults, nutrition support, anticoagulant monitoring, pain management, IV to PO, and renal dosing.
