Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a pharmacist to optimize drug therapy, identify and resolve drug-related problems, and improve patient outcomes. The role may involve prescribing under CDTM agreements where permitted by law and policy.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
  • Massachusetts Pharmacist license preferred.
  • 2-3 years pharmacist experience preferred.
  • Experience with CDTM is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and coordinates the activities and delivery of pharmacy services.
  • Supervises and verifies the accuracy of all work completed by support personnel during an assigned shift.
  • Ensures compliance with pharmacy policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Documents and reports clinical interventions, medication errors, and adverse drug events.
  • Participates in department quality improvement efforts.
