Job summary

Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) in Oklahoma City seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide advanced clinical and technical support to pharmacy programs. The role focuses on data analytics, MMIS evaluation, and workflow optimization across healthcare technology platforms.

The incumbent will analyze complex claims data, collaborate on policy development, and support contract negotiations with vendors to ensure program efficiency and compliance. Monday–Friday schedule on-site.

Qualifications

Valid Oklahoma pharmacy license and 3 years of pharmacist experience.
PhD in Pharmaceutical Services with Oklahoma license (alternative).
Experience with data analytics and healthcare databases is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze pharmacy program and recommend cost-effective interventions.
Analyze claims utilization for clinical issues using MMIS, Excel and BI tools.
Design intervention and education projects with Pharmacy Management Consultants.
Support policy development through reporting, budgeting, and rule drafting.
Assist MMIS claims processing enhancements and contract-related activities.
Coordinate with vendors on contracts, pricing, and audits.
