Job summary

Alcona Health Center is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to deliver traditional dispensing duties alongside ambulatory care clinical pharmacy services. You will provide medication therapy management, monitor drug therapies, educate patients and staff, and participate in interdisciplinary care teams to improve medication safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

Current BCLS CPR certification.
State of Michigan Pharmacist licensure.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software systems.

Responsibilities

Dispense pharmaceuticals, monitor inventory, and provide clinical consultation to medical staff.
Conduct comprehensive medication management, review therapy, and educate patients and staff.
Collaborate with care teams to support safe, evidence-based medication use and regulatory compliance.
