The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide distributive and clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients across MUHA hospitals and clinics. The Clinical Pharmacist provides distributive and clinical pharmacy services to the inpatients and outpatients of the Medical University Hospitals and clinics.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (Include physical and mental demands of the position-attach demands checklist if necessary). This position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from an ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred.
SC Registered Pharmacist License (or eligible for SC Pharmacist License) Basic Life Support certification: Must be BLS Certified within three months of hire date and maintain certification throughout employment.
Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
