IMCS Group seeks a licensed Pharmacist to define and develop standard and custom formulary criteria for an assigned health plan, ensuring evidence-based, cost-effective medication use.

You will monitor prior authorization requests, provide clinical support to internal teams, and drive quality initiatives across Medicaid and Medicare programs, including coordination of MTM and policy development.

A Pharm.D. or MS in pharmacy and 2+ years of related experience are required to qualify for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in pharmacy and 2+ years of related pharmacy experience.
• Experience with mail order, retail, hospital or managed care pharmacy or residency program experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure quality controls and identify opportunities for performance improvement in pharmacy/practice.

Job Profile Summary

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.S.) in pharmacy. 2+ years of mail order, retail, hospital or managed care pharmacy experience or 1+ years of pharmacy residency program experience.

Licenses/Certifications

Current state's Pharmacist license with no restrictions.
