Equity Staffing Group is seeking Clinical Pharmacists to join a Clinical Engagement Services team supporting MTM, adherence, diabetes, polypharmacy, STARS adherence, and more.

THIS IS A REMOTE JOB!

What you'll do: Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews, identify gaps, provide education, and document interventions for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state of residence with no restrictions.
• Strong MTM and disease-state management knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of remote/independent work experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and tech skills.
• PharmD preferred; PBM/retail experience and bilingual skills a plus.
• Active additional licenses in multiple states are highly preferred.

THIS IS A REMOTE JOB!

What you'll do:

Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews

Identify gaps in care, adherence concerns, drug interactions, and high-risk medications

Provide medication and disease-state education

Communicate clinical recommendations to patients and healthcare providers

Document interventions and recommendations accurately

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence

Strong knowledge of MTM and disease-state management

1+ year of remote/independent work experience

Strong communication, organization, and technology skills

PharmD, PBM/retail experience, and bilingual skills are a plus

Additional active Pharmacist licenses in AL, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, ND, OK, OR, TN, VT, or WV are highly preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Rotating shifts between 9 AM-8 PM CST
