Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, is a clinical pharmacist role focusing on long-term condition management in primary care settings. You will aid practices with clinical tools, identify opportunities for reviews, and ensure adherence to protocols while building NHS relationships.

Formación

• GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel; remote (home) working accepted.
• PCPEP qualification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure services are delivered within protocols, SOPs and systems.
• Increase awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and NHS organisations.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.

Join us in this exciting role where you will utilise your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings. As a clinical pharmacist at Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, your responsibilities will include aiding practices with clinical tools, identifying opportunities for clinical reviews, ensuring adherence to protocols, and fostering awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care settings. • Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resource to help manage patients with long-term conditions.
• To ensure clinical services are delivered within the bounds of our protocols, service operating instructions and systems.
• To identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or ICB level where there is clinical need.
• To enhance the awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and to assist in developing long lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.
  Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2yrs PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.
• PCPEP qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel as required, along with remote (home) working.
• A keen passion to make a positive difference to patients' long- term health.
• Driven work ethic.
