Job summary

St. Tammany Health System in Covington, LA is seeking a clinical pharmacist to join our team to develop, implement, and document the clinical program in collaboration with the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy Operations Manager, AVP Pharmacy, staff pharmacists and medical staff.

The role covers dispensing medications and providing dosing guidance for patients from neonates to geriatrics, with a 40-hour work week, 6 am–7 pm shifts and alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• Critical care experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D degree and Louisiana license.
• Obtain at least 15 ACPE approved education hours per year recommended.
• PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency OR 3 years experience as Clinical Pharmacist preferred.
