Our client, a global Fortune 50 organization, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for Cary, NC. Onsite for the first 6 months, then hybrid based on performance. 6-month contract with temp‑to‑hire potential. Training is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST; after training shifts vary 9–6 or 11–8.

The role involves medication reviews, patient counseling, and collaboration with care teams to ensure high-quality, compliant care. 60/hour contract.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in North Carolina in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• BCOP certified or willing to obtain certification when eligible.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medication and pharmacotherapy reviews.
• Counsel patients on specialty medications and treatment plans.
• Monitor drug interactions, adherence, side effects, and outcomes.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and patient support teams.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support quality assurance.

JOB OVERVIEW:

• NOW HIRING: Clinical Pharmacist
• PAY RATE: $60/hour (Contract)
• LOCATIONS: Cary, NC (Onsite for the first 6 months - Hybrid thereafter based on performance metrics) Candidates must live within one hour driving distance of Cary NC
• DURATION: 6 months temp to hire

Job Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in North Carolina (license must be in good standing)
• 3–5+ years of post-graduate pharmacy experience in clinical practice, patient care, or pharmacy operations
• 2–3+ years of direct patient counseling experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
• BCOP certified or willing to obtain certification when eligible
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed

Job Responsibilities:
