Job summary

SpecialtyCare, the nation’s leading provider of perfusion services, is expanding at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis Hospital. We are seeking an Experienced or New Grad Clinical Perfusionist to join our dedicated team with Premium Call and After Hours Pay.

You will collaborate with 3 skilled surgeons and a supportive team of 9 perfusionists and perfusion techs. The adult-only caseload averages 1400+ cases annually, including valves, CABGs, TAVRS and HiPECs, with minimal ECMO and no transplants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program.
• Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.
• Ability to work on call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Support 3 surgeons and a team of 9 perfusionists and perfusion techs.
• Manage an adult-only caseload averaging 1400+ cases annually.
• Procedures include valves and CABGs, TAVRs and HiPECs with minimal ECMO and no transplants.
