Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital is seeking a Clinical Partner (CP) to perform basic nursing tasks under the direction of a registered nurse. The role includes wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and Foley catheters in line with the Florida Nurse Practice Act.

The position requires CNA or LPN credentials with at least 1 year of experience, with compensation based on experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in acute care preferred.
• CNA or LPN required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic nursing skills and delegated tasks under RN supervision.
• Perform wound care, discontinue saline locks, and discontinue Foley catheters as directed within Florida Nurse Practice Act.
