Responsibilities

• As a Clinical Partner, apply nursing process and deliver patient care under RN supervision.
• Identify patients' physical, emotional, and social needs and report findings to RN.
• Participate in care plan implementation under RN guidance.
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients and families; follow CDC hand hygiene and isolation policies.
• Assist with ADLs and patient mobilization.
• Maintain environmental cleanliness in patient areas and accompany patient for tests/procedures.
• Record vital signs, weight, intake/output; manage supplies and documentation in EMR.
