Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
• Current NCCPA Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience with PA students or medical students; precepting/instruction.
• Active Physician Assistant license for Michigan or eligibility to obtain such licensure; MI licensing rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop supervised clinical practice experiences (SCPEs) to meet program outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Deliver classroom lectures and clinical skills instruction; assess student performance.
• Evaluate students and develop assessments; facilitate instruction, learning, and assessment activities.
• Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development and program activities.
• Support implementation of accreditation requirements and program evaluations.
