Pulse Vascular seeks a personable, organized Physician Liaison to join our outpatient center in New Jersey. This full-time role blends clinical knowledge with business objectives, educating providers and expanding the referral network across the region.

The position involves daily travel, presentations to healthcare teams, and ongoing activity tracking under the guidance of the Brand Engagement Director. Base pay plus an incentive plan, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare required.
• Clinical experience required.
• Willingness to travel daily across multi-county territory in NJ.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check favorable.

Responsibilities

• Develops long-term referral relationships with physicians and influencers to drive patient volume and satisfaction.
• Maintains relationships with physicians and key influencers to expand the referral base.
• Drives center growth by expanding referral base and educating providers about services.
• Presents center services to healthcare teams during meetings or lunches.
• Submits weekly status reports on activity, leads, and referrals.
• Maintains updated documentation tracking daily field efforts and referral trends.
• Monitors referral volumes and competition to adapt marketing strategies.
