Job summary

Qualifications

• OTA program completion from an accredited program
• Valid OTA license in appropriate state(s)

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic treatment per care plan
• Document treatment, status and response
• Maintain therapy records and billing-related documentation
• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment
• Maintain patient schedules per guidelines
• Participate in patient, family and facility meetings
• Follow safety, infection control and emergency procedures
• Coordinate/participate in staff training and program development
• Support quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with lifting and transfer of patients as needed
