Brown University Health (Rhode Island Hospital, The Miriam Hospital, and Newport Hospital - affiliated hospitals of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University) is seeking a clinical or counseling psychologist to join our Family Therapy Program to support couples and families of any size and constellation toward healthier relationships and emotional well-being.
The licensed psychologist will provide multidimensional evaluations and treatments using the McMaster Model, a comprehensive problem-centered method supported by over 40 years of research. Prior experience in couples or family therapy is required- supplemental training in the McMaster Model is provided.
Involvement in our ongoing research program may be possible, along with involvement in the training of psychology or psychiatry residents or fellows affiliated with the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. A clinical faculty appointment may be available for a candidate who meets the criteria.
