Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a qualified healthcare professional to oversee vendor activities in pharmacovigilance and case processing. The role emphasizes quality adherence, audits, and mentoring MSA staff.

You will collaborate with QA, Customer Service, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant intake of medical product experiences and effective product replacement information when needed.

Qualifications

• Nursing experience with preference for critical care/ICU/Cardiac/ER.
• Pharmacovigilance experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science required; RN/BSN/BS/PharmD or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of vendors to meet quality, compliance and productivity standards.
• Support vendor case quality, processing metrics and agile leadership attributes.
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
• Develop knowledge to mentor MSAs in vendor management.
• Create training materials with the vendor and deliver trainings.
• Assist medical support with intake of medical product experiences and standard communications.
• Liaise with Quality Assurance for product quality issues.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for standard information and replacements.
• Support information provision from package inserts and standard letter databases.
