Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to drive execution of assigned clinical operations tasks and support site management, study execution, and documentation in line with regulatory and quality standards.

The role involves site qualification/initiation/close-out, maintaining approvals, tracking systems, and supporting budget and vendor coordination. Fully remote in the AMER region with travel up to 20% may be required.

• Assist with study budget tracking and vendor coordination.
• Conduct site visits per monitoring plans.
• Collaborate on investigator-initiated research projects.
• Coordinate cross-functionally on routine clinical studies.

Your Background

• You have minimum Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience AMER
• Ideally you have a degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, or related field
• Ideally you have 2+ years’ experience in clinical research or clinical operations

Travel Expectations

• Up to 20% travel migth be required
• Expected compensation for the role is $88,000 - $110,000 base salary per year plus performance bonus
• This is a fully remote role
