• ACPE IV and Antimicrobial Stewardship certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems for optimal clinical services.
• Assist in developing policies and objectives for clinical services.
• Oversee departmental budget and compliance with Pharmacy Initiatives.

Skills

Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution

Minimum 6 years of direct clinical coordinator experience

Licensed to practice in the State of Texas

Completion of an accredited Residency in Hospital Pharmacy

ACPE IV certification

Antimicrobial Stewardship certification

ACLS certification

AHA BLS certification
