Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Must maintain current state licensure and meet OhioHealth nursing practice standards.
• Strong knowledge of budget, staffing, and quality-improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of evidence-based patient care in the unit.
• Develops and manages annual operating and capital budgets.
• Plans staffing and payroll to meet patient care needs within budget.
• Recruitment, orientation, and ongoing staff development.
• Supports leadership through policy formation and governance participation.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
