Job summary

Old Mission Ascend Partners seeks a Clinical Operations Lead (RN) to oversee execution of clinical operations across partner practices. You will onboard clinicians, gate their first cases, run monthly chart audits, and manage the compliance calendar while ensuring continuity of legacy operations.

The role reports to the National Clinical Director and requires strong coordination across multi-site operations, with preference for Michigan remote work and travel to HQ.

Responsibilities

• Run partner-clinician onboarding, academy progression, and gating before first solo cases.
• Execute monthly chart audits and publish a network quality scoreboard, including misses.
• Own calendar of regulatory filings, renewals, and attestations across states.
• Clear daily authorization queue for the men’s-health brand and escalate as needed.
• Maintain legacy operations continuity with protocols, supplies, and escalations.

Job title: Clinical Operations Lead, RN — Partner Practice Operations

Location: Traverse City, MI HQ

Preferred: Michigan remote with regular travel to HQ · Nationwide remote considered — in that order of preference (CEO location hierarchy, Oct 29, 2026) — this seat works from HQ most often of the hub roles (partner visits, academy sessions, legacy operations).

The role

You are the execution layer of clinical operations across our partner practices and legacy brands: onboarding clinicians into the academy and gating their first cases, running the monthly chart-audit cycle, holding the practice compliance calendar, clearing a daily authorization queue, and keeping legacy-brand clinical operations continuous. Final clinical authority stays with the National Clinical Director — everything that makes her standard real on a Tuesday is yours.

What you'll do

• Run the partner-clinician onboarding pipeline: enrollment, academy progression, competency gating before first solo cases
• Execute monthly chart audits and track corrective actions to closure — and publish the network quality scoreboard, misses included
• Own the professional-corporation compliance calendar across states (filings, renewals, attestations — nothing lapses silently)
• Clear the daily authorization queue for the men's-health brand (same-day standard) and serve as the clinical escalation point for the aesthetics brand
• Keep legacy lifestyle-medicine clinical operations continuous: protocols current, supplies flowing, escalations answered
• Surface the questions partner clinicians actually ask — they build our training library, and you'll hear them first

What you bring

• Active RN license (NP preferred) with clinical operations, quality, or practice-management experience
• Audit and documentation rigor — you can run a chart-audit cycle and write a corrective action a clinician respects
• Multi-entity or multi-site coordination experience; comfort holding a calendar of regulatory deadlines without dropping one
• Calm escalation judgment: you know what decides at your level and what goes to the National Clinical Director the same day

Pay & benefits — stated plainly

• Base salary 75,000-90,000
• Quarterly variable pay (target 15% of base) tied to operational scoreboard results and enterprise performance — with a quality gate, explained in full in your offer documents
