Responsibilities

  • Leads delivery of direct patient care through management of staffing and patient flow.
  • Schedules staff to ensure appropriate coverage based on clinic needs and utilization.
  • Directly supervises clinical and clerical staff; handles recruitment, onboarding, training, performance and development.
  • Interfaces with access services to manage clinic patient access and scheduling.
  • Manages addition and closure of clinics as needed; allocates clinical staff accordingly.
  • Acts as super user of AEMR for chart management and staff training.
  • Serves as Kronos timekeeper or designates responsibility to team member.
  • Oversees and approves clinical supply orders; reconciles budgets.
  • Handles daily/weekly deposits for POS staff at multiple locations.
  • Manages missing charge process for UH sites and implements process improvements.
  • Responds to patient complaints.
  • Performs other duties as assigned; complies with policies and PHI safeguards.
