Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care, including rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering injections, performing EKGs and office testing, and assisting with procedures.
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, medication refills, and patient follow-up.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support quality initiatives.
• Monitor patient flow, maintain clinical supplies, and ensure exam rooms are fully stocked.
• Assist with staff training, workflow improvement, and implementation of office SOPs.
• Support front office operations to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Experience with or on-the-job training in practice operations management.

• Provide outstanding clinical care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering injections, performing EKGs and office testing, and assisting with procedures
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, medication refills, and patient follow-up

Qualifications
