Job summary

KVH is seeking a Divisional Coordinator to support nursing staff, providers, and other medical staff in Ellensburg, WA. You will coordinate communication, assist with patient flow, and maintain divisional data to support process improvements.

Responsibilities include gathering statistics, participating in improvements, and coordinating equipment trials and quotes. A high school diploma and healthcare experience are required with CPR within 90 days and NAC licensure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• One year of applicable experience in a healthcare setting.
• CPR card within 90 days of hire (maintenance required).
• Basic Nursing Assistant class; current Washington State NAC license (maintenance required).

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of responsibility for coordinating communication between staff, patients and providers.
• Acts as a contact for internal and external customers relating to patient care and throughput.
• Gather and maintain data related to process improvement as requested by the department director or Charge RNs.
• Participate in process improvement and keep divisional service statistics up to date.
• Assist with coordinating equipment trials and obtaining quotes for capital purchases.
