Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current OT license in state of practice or licensure by examination/reciprocity is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs age and diagnosis appropriate evaluations and treatments.
• Maintains patient records according to documentation standards, policies and procedures.
• Exhibits flexibility in department needs and participates in staff and committee projects.
• Attains productivity levels set by administration and engages in credentialing and continuing education.
• Participates in education and training of OT students.
• Adapts communication and service delivery to diverse patient populations.
